Yes, you read the title right- we are getting a new name! In the coming week Events Locker will be transitioning from Events Locker to “Event Hub“. While we have truly enjoyed Events Locker, the name Event Hub better represents the community and focal point for event activity we desire to foster as we continue to grow. And quite frankly, we’ll also love reducing the amount of requests we get to rent lockers!
The name change will not affect live showcase pages or vendor/sponsor/participant registration. All of the previous links will simply forward to the showcase pages on the new URL. Furthermore, all site functionality will continue to remain in place and our dedication to constant improvement will not change. Event Hub is growing strong, and leadership is as committed as ever to growing both our management capabilities and marketplace activity.
The name change will officially take place on Monday, April 29th. Early next week we’ll be revealing our new logo and color scheme!
