It’s used by events ranging from 500 attendees to 500,000, and handles vendor counts from a few dozen to 1,400+ booths.
You can start with the piece your event needs most and add others later. Some organizers come for ticketing, some for vendor management, and some for the sponsorship marketplace. The tools work on their own — and they work better together, since a vendor approved in the application flow lands on the map, and sponsor ticket allotments run through the same ticketing system.
Yes. EventHub’s team builds a to-scale, interactive map of your venue from your existing layout — you don’t build it yourself. From there, you click and drag to edit the layout and assign spaces, add, delete, and resize booths, vendors submit booth preferences during their application, and attendees get a mobile-friendly public map they can pinch and zoom to find vendors, schedules, and sponsors. Layout changes and large numbers of space assignments can be achieved in minutes with a few clicks.
