Live Virtual Events are a lot like your "in-person" pop-up events with vendor booths, a demonstration/speaker stage, and personal customer interaction – but entirely online! No added software is required: just an internet connection. The event takes place in a regular browser window. Show attendees will browse virtual booths and have a near-physical event experience. Customers will see each vendor booth showcasing a short description of their company/work and a link to their website or e-commerce online store. PLUS you have the opportunity to engage with the vendors through LIVE face-to-face video or text chat. This is all done from a single event webpage making it easy to use and a personal, interactive event for vendors and attendees.
Event exhibitors are encouraged to personalize their virtual booth and have a brand ambassador in the booth throughout the event to educate potential buyers about their products/services. Each booth can feature a welcome video message and product photos which will help attendees learn about each vendor's offerings.
Your event producers and hosts, Robert Allen & Holli Ehrlich will live stream entertainment, announcements, Q&As, demonstrations, and more from the Main Stage.
