Includes 1-year CalFest Membership, attendee list, participation in partner speed dating lunch, and dedicated coffee break in the expo!
Dedicated exhibitor hours: Wednesday 12pm-2pm, Thursday 10am-11am (exact timing may flex). Wednesday afternoon is additional signage exposure during awards lunch.
CalFest is a non-profit benefitting event professionals across California and Nevada! Booth space includes:
• One full convention registration
• 8’x10’ exhibit space, including 6 foot table and two chairs (This is a tabletop show)

Special Notes
HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS: Book directly at: Sheraton Mission Valley San Diego Hotel, 1433 Camino Del Rio South, San Diego, CA 92108. Attendees are entitled to a special room rate for single/double occupancy. Hotel Reservations must be made on or before March 6, 2025 to guarantee the CalFest rate.
Event Terms and Cancellation Policy
Written cancellation on or before March 1, 2025 will result in a forfeiture of 50% of the space cost. Cancellations of exhibit space after March 31, 2025 will result in forfeiture of all payment for the cost of the exhibit space. Cancellations must be sent, in writing, by email, to carol@calfest.org with date determined by date received. Liability of CalFest is limited to the amount of the fee paid. Please note, if you do not cancel and do not attend, you are still responsible for payment.
