Atlantic City Marathon Demographics from Previous Events:
3,500 runners
80% of participants were between the ages of 18 to 49 with more than 35% between 30 and 39 years
of age
55% of participants were estimated to have an annual income of more than $70,000 with 10% earning
more than $200,000
59% of previous runners were female and 40% were male

Event Terms and Cancellation Policy
Expo Terms & Conditions:
All set up will be complete by Friday, October 17 by 2:30 pm
All breakdown and move out will start at the conclusion of the Expo at 7:00 pm on Saturday, October 18.
Exhibitor agrees to be open and staffed for the duration of the Expo. Early departure could result in additional fees.
Exhibitor agrees that display will not intrude on aisles or adjacent exhibitors.
Exhibitor is responsible for any state and local permits and insurance.
No refunds will be made to exhibitors who fail to occupy space.
Exhibitor is responsible for the cost of moving in and out and is liable for any damage caused to the exhibit space in connection with the exhibit.
Exhibitor assumes the responsibility for loss, theft or destruction of goods or for personal injuries to him/herself, his/her employees, agents, representatives and
will hold harmless the Atlantic City Marathon Race Series, the Milton & Betty Katz JCC, Bally’s Atlantic City and Caesars Entertainment from any and all
liability in connection with any and all of the above.
Exhibitor must provide the Atlantic City Marathon Race Series organizers with an insurance of certificate naming the Atlantic City Marathon Race Series, the
Milton & Betty Katz JCC, Bally’s Atlantic City and Caesars Entertainment as additional insured.
The Atlantic City Marathon Race Series is not responsible for vendor profitability.
Booths will be assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis upon receipt of application and payment. Booth fees are non-refundable.
