About This Event

Welcome to the 39th Annual Astoria Warrenton Crab, Seafood & Wine Festival! We are thrilled to be hosting this beloved and highly anticipated event once again. While this festival traditionally takes place here in Astoria, Oregon, this year we are taking a more unorthodox approach. To ensure the safety of our vendors, attendees, and volunteers, the 2021 festival will take place virtually.

Fear not: this event will be filled to the brim with life, music, arts, crafts, beer, seafood, wine, and of course, crab! Musicians will play live on our virtual stage, chefs, artists, and local experts will lead interactive demonstrations, and attendees will be able to interact personally with vendors during live event hours.

Important Information:

No commercial products will be allowed for sale in the booths. Local, handcrafted, or personally produced items will be accepted. Please note that vendors will be responsible for their own sales within booths, including shipping and payment methods.

The virtual marketplace will be open 24/7 to customers starting April 23rd, 2021. The Crab, Seafood & Wine Festival will take place on Friday, April 23rd, Saturday, April 24th, and Sunday, April 25th. Vendor participation will be required for limited hours on these three days. The booths themselves will remain open through May 23rd, 2021 for additional opportunities for customers to shop and purchase.

A brief mandatory onboarding meeting will be held Monday, April 19th, 2021 for all vendors. This meeting will cover everything you need to know about setting up your virtual booth, making sales, and interacting with the customers that enter your booth. A link to attend this event will be sent to the email address provided by accepted vendors prior to the meeting. If you cannot attend, please contact the event coordinator.

The Astoria Warrenton Crab, Seafood & Wine Festival is a virtual event for regional and national vendors. The vendor fee is non-refundable.

Vendor will be responsible for internet connection and all technical components. Vendor will be responsible for any costs incurred during event.
Vendor will be responsible for their own shipping.
