Event Terms and Cancellation Policy

No Refund Policy: All fees are non-refundable. Failure to comply with any of the rules will result in the termination of the agreement without a refund. Additionally, no-shows will result in no refunds.

Insurance: Vendors must provide a $1,000,000 liability insurance certificate, naming the Florida Stone Crabber's Association dba Everglades Seafood Festival as additional insured.

Operation Hours: Vendors must operate only during festival hours and are responsible for timely check-in, setup, and breakdown.

Assigned Area: Vendors must use only their designated space and ensure no leaks or safety hazards.

Approved Items: Only pre-approved items on the application menu can be sold. Seafood vendors must serve only Gulf of Mexico seafood.

Vehicle Restrictions: No vehicles are allowed in vendor sites or festival grounds during open hours.

On-site Advertising: Only signs attached to the booth are allowed.

Cleanliness: Vendors must keep their area clean and leave it as found.

Cooperation: Vendors must cooperate with the festival board and follow all rules to avoid termination without refund.

Food Vendor Specific Rules:

Seafood Source: Only wild-caught Gulf seafood is allowed.

Menu Submission: Submit an intended festival menu, including one kid-friendly item.

Safety Compliance: Meet all state food safety requirements and possess the necessary permits.

Fire Extinguishers: Have a working ABC fire extinguisher, and if frying, a class K extinguisher.

No Drink Sales: Drink sales are prohibited.

Power Supply: Only quiet generators are permitted; electrical circuits are available for $150.

Health Department Certificate: Purchase a health certificate and prepare for inspection on February 7, 2025.
