About This Event
WELCOME TO OUR TOWN - Midway Swiss Days is a beloved town celebration held annually on the Friday and Saturday of Labor Day weekend on Midway's Town Square. It's a wildly popular two-day event drawing crowds of 60,000+. Guests come year after year to support artisan vendors, enjoy food and entertainment and watch the parade.
Thank you for your consideration and applying to be a 2025 Swiss Days Vendor. This amazing event would not be possible without the talents and efforts of applicants year after year. We are excited and grateful you want to join us to celebrate!
IMPORTANT - Applications will be accepted starting January 1st through February 28th. Application fees of $75 are non-refundable and will be processed upon submission. (If you were a booth award winner last year, instead of refunding your application fee this year, we will deduct $75 from your invoice total).
All vendors are applying for a "standard booth 10x15 - $1500" as the default for the application process. In the application question section, vendors will have the opportunity to express interest in upgrading to a "corner booth - $1750" or "premium booth along 200 W - $2000". Upgrades are not guaranteed but we do our best to accommodate as many requests as possible.
No booth fees will be charged at checkout (only the application fee). Booth fees will be processed separately after the application window has closed, vendors have been selected and booth assignments/upgrades have been made. Our goal is to complete and communicate this by the end of March. Once a vendor is notified of their acceptance and invoices are modified/sent to reflect the approved booth type, vendors will have 10 days to pay the booth fee before forfeiting their spot to vendors on the alternate list.
Cancellation for full refund date is June 30, 2025, no refunds will be honored after this date.
HELPFUL HINTS - Our vendor selection committee gives preference to vendors that have an artisanal component to their business/goods. We discourage applying if you are reselling products purchased from other companies or overseas. In your application, please highlight the quality of your items, how they are made, who designs them, etc. through words and photos. Be sure to include your website and social media pages (if you have them) so we can see all the ways you'd be a perfect fit for Swiss Days. AND you get bonus points for showing us the thoughtful design behind your booth!
All the food on the square is provided by Swiss Days with the help of local volunteers. For this reason, we do not allow outside food vendors. However, if you have an artisan, edible item for sell that is prepackaged and not considered "ready to eat", we are considering a small number of these types of products for Swiss Days 2025. We would love to hear from you before applying to make sure your goods fit this criteria. Please email us!

Swiss Days does not provide booth materials. Vendors are responsible for bringing their own tent and booth supplies that fit exactly within a 10x15 space.

Event Terms and Cancellation Policy
