About This Event
We are presenting our second free Mom's Day Boutique on Saturday, April 26, in Pleasant Hill Community Center, site of our widely successful annual Super Holiday Boutique.
Mom's Day Boutique is an extension of the sold out Super Holiday Boutiques and Valentine's Boutique we present each December and February.
This is the perfect opportunity for crafters, commercial businesses, direct sales consultants and service professionals to sell your goods and services to a receptive, primarily female audience in a warm, festive indoor atmosphere.
This unique shopping extravaganza before Mother's Day is a great sales and marketing opportunity for your business. We have space for over 75 vendors. The list of products and services that match up with our shoppers is almost endless.
We have a very aggressive marketing campaign planned for social media, print and online. We promote free $2 Mom Bucks to encourage attendees.
This is a great event to enhance your Mother's Day marketing. You keep 100% of your sales proceeds from the Mom's Day Boutique.
Admission and parking are free to the general public.

Jewelry and skincare exhibitor spaces sellout VERY early.

Booth assignments are given to exhibitors at check-in. Returning exhibitors can request same booth location.
Exhibitors wishing a wall space must apply as a Crimson or Gold Vendor.
Electrical service is only available for vendors with wall space.

Event Terms and Cancellation Policy
No refunds after March 26, 2025. If vendor cancels before Mar. 26, $50 of fee and any credit card fees are non-refundable.
Exhibitors pay a flat fee for each vendor space. No commission is collected on sales.
Acceptance of vendors is subject to review by Boutique producer after submission of application and payment. Producer reserves the right to reject any application without prejudice.
We limit the number of exhibitors in any single category. Priority of acceptance is based on receipt of your application and payment.
Boutique is INDOORS and held rain or shine.
Exhibitors must stay within your rented space. You may only exhibit or sell items listed on your application. Walkabout solicitation or “barking” is not permitted.
No food or drinks may be sold or sampled in your booth without written permission of Bay Area Festivals and securing necessary permits.
Electricity is limited. If you want electrical service you must order on your application and provide a 25’ electrical cord.
The contact name and mobile phone number of the onsite representative must be provided to Mom's Day Boutique in advance of check-in.
