About This Event
Oakland Pride has made the decision to cancel our in-person events for 2020, including the 11th annual Oakland Pride Parade, and move our festival to a virtual format. In this time of great risk and uncertainty surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic, we cannot consciously put any member of our community at greater risk by carrying on with “business as usual”.
The first Pride was not a festival, a parade, or a party in the street-- it was an uprising. Our organization exists to celebrate the accomplishments of generations of Queer resisters, and to make and hold space for all those whose sexual identity and/or orientation does not fit neatly into the confines of an oppressive society. With this guiding intention, we intend to put on a digital event that serves and celebrates members of every gender identity and sexual orientation. We are in the process of planning a week-long multi-faceted digital event that brings together and engages the East Bay’s LGBTQ+ community without putting anyone’s health and well-being at risk.
In recent months, Oakland Pride has been working closely with EventHub to ensure that we are still able to offer a space for our LGBTQ+ community to celebrate, as well as for our local makers, businesses, and organizations to offer the goods and resources that festival's vendors have always provided. EventHub has recently built out their platform to accommodate our first ever Virtual Vendor Village, which will allow Oakland Pride participants to view your organization/business' goods, services, resources, products and offerings throughout the week, as well as the weeks before and after the event, for a total of 3 weeks of live, virtual user engagement for your business or organization. Those who register for space in the Virtual Vendor village will also be able to link their websites directly, stream live or pre-recorded content through YouTube Live, and book group or one-on-one video calls with customers to offer consultations, virtual sessions and services, and more.

Select the type space that applies to your specific organization (national, local, nonprofit, business, etc.) and “Add to Cart”
Log in or create an account and EventHub will walk you through the remainder of the registration process
Upon submission, your order will be reviewed by Oakland Pride’s Treasurer, who will approve, reject, or modify your order. You will be notified of any updates made to your order.
Upon approval of your order, you will be prompted via email to submit your payment information. Approved orders are NOT confirmed until your PAYMENT is received.
Orders for exhibitor space will be accepted until August 31, 2020.
