Oakland Pride 2019
Sunday, September 8th, 2019 from 11:00AM-7:00PM for OAKLAND PRIDE’S 10th ANNUAL PARADE + FESTIVAL

Parade Contingent Registration:
To register for a parade contingent in the 2019 Oakland Pride Parade:
Click on the following link: https://eventhub.net/events/Oakland-Pride-Parade—Festival-2019_1317
Select “Book Event Space” under “Opportunities” on the right hand side of the page
Select the type of contingent that applies to your specific organization (national, local, nonprofit, business, etc.) and “Add to Cart”

Create an account and EventHub will walk you through the remainder of the registration process

Note:
Because we use the same platform for both parade contingent and exhibitor space registration, some of the fields throughout the contingent registration process will ask for information regarding booth space. If you are only registering for a parade contingent, please just answer “N/A” in booth-specific fields. You are not required to purchase booth space to march in the parade!

Parade lineup information will be available closer to the day of the event. Oakland Pride will correspond with all contingents accordingly as soon as this information is available.

Because we are using a different platform to register booths and contingents than we have in previous years, participants will need to create EventHub accounts to register and receive notifications from Oakland Pride.

Upon submission, your order will be reviewed by Oakland Pride’s Treasurer, who may adjust your order if it does not correctly categorize your organization and/or if the mandatory environmental cleanup fee was left out of the order. You will be notified of any updates made to your order.

Contingent Pricing:
Business – $500
Elected Official – $200
Campaigning Politician – $300
Government Agency/Political Group – $300
National Business or Franchise – $1000
Nonprofit (National) – $350
Nonprofit (Local) – $125

Booth space assignments will not be made until closer to the day of the event. All vendors will be notified as soon as this information becomes available

All spaces are 10×10 except for the food truck option, which is up to 10×25.
Food vendor spaces (food truck spaces excluded) include an additional 10×10 space BEHIND their vending space for cooking/grilling

Exhibitor Space Pricing:
Arts + Crafts: $250 (this category is reserved for vendors selling entirely handmade products, and is intended to promote access for local makers, craftsmen, and artists)
Business: $550
Campaigning Politician: $400
Government Agency/Political Group: $350
Elected Official: $350
Nonprofit: $600 (this category applies to non-local nonprofits, meaning organizations that are national, international, or statewide in scope and/or funding)
Nonprofit Local: $125 (this category is reserved for local nonprofits, meaning those based out of Oakland and serving the San Francisco Bay Area specifically)
National Business or Franchise: $1750
Food Truck (up to 10×25): $1250
Food Vendor (non-dessert): $995
Dessert Food Vendor: $450
