About This Event

**ATTENTION APPLICANTS PLEASE READ ALL INFORMATION BEFORE APPLYING HERE**

On May 3-5, 2024 we plan to take over the beautiful and expansive Ciel Creative Space in Berkeley, CA for a unique 3-day festival that the Bay Area has never experienced before.

Featuring delicious food & drink pairings, two live stages (music + storytelling), art & retail shopping, immersive photo experiences, wine classes, and of course intimate & innovative food experiences like:

- Sip & Scratch, a celebration of wine & DJ culture
- Brown is Beautiful Ball, a fashion forward cocktail party
- A “Family Meal” inspired cannabis dinner with Chef Haejin from Big Bad Wolf
- CBD Wine & Sound Bath with Astralogik
- Cinco De Mayo Brunch experience

January 31, 2024 - Application Deadline
February 9, 2024 - Date to curate in vendors.
February 12, 2024 - Refunds processed for vendors not curated in.

OTHER NOTES
- $50.00 REFUNDABLE Security deposit will be refunded once vendor requirements are met (See below for details).
- Booth Fee & Refundable Security Deposit must be processed upon applying to the event.
- If you're not accepted into the event, we will refund your Booth Fee & Refundable Security Deposit.
