Pierce County Fair - This family-friendly event offers a delightful blend of entertainment, community spirit, and good old-fashioned fun. The theme this year is Blue Jeans and Country Dreams.
Our fair is set in a beautiful wooded park where families can enjoy amusements, and delicious food, see the animals, and a variety of exhibits.

All vendor spaces are outside and include access to electricity.
All booth spaces include a $10 application due when submitting your application. The application fee is non-refundable. Please see the full list of Rules and Regulations.
Event Terms and Cancellation Policy
Payment Terms: Contract and booth space payment must be paid in full by July 1st. Applicants who do not submit payment before this deadline will be charged a $50.00 late fee. Applicants applying after July 1st, will be required to have payment in full upon acceptance with the late application fee added as well.
Refunds: No refunds will be made if Space is unused or partially used. However, if Vendor gives Notice to Fair Management that Vendor will not participate in the Pierce County Fair and would like to cancel its Space more than thirty (30) days prior to the County Fair’s occurrence, Fair Management shall return any Payments made by Vendor (less a $50 Admin fee). If Vendor gives Fair Management Notice of its intent to cancel its Vendor Space before August 1st, but less than or equal to thirty (30) days from the County Fair's occurrence, Fair Management will return fifty percent (50%) of any Payments paid by Vendor for Vendor Space. No refunds shall be given if the Vendor cancels its Space after July 31st.
We DO NOT offer item and category exclusivity. Exclusivity is a Sponsorship Benefit. These opportunities are offered by Fair Management. If you are a Face Painter or Caricature Artist, or if you sell Novelty Products, Management will do their best to accept only two within our fairgrounds. This is not guaranteed but will be monitored. When applying please be aware that there may be other vendors selling/promoting similar or the same items/products. The Fair is not held responsible and this will be YOUR choice as a vendor choosing to apply anyway.
