Booth Placement: Booth locations will be announced on Friday, April 14, 2025. Please wait to contact us with questions about your specific booth number until this time. Booth locations will not be assigned until all necessary paperwork and payment has been received.
Note: Booth locations for all exhibitors are based on a number of factors, including placement of canopies, access to electricity, the design/ message of individual exhibits, and are subject to change.
If for some reason you are unable to attend the festival you must notify us by noon on Monday, April 1, 2025 in order to receive a full refund of your fees. Cancellations made after that point cannot be refunded. We're sorry -- no refunds will be made in the event of inclement weather. The Parties hereby acknowledge that while current events related to the Covid-19 pandemic are known, future impacts of the outbreak are unforeseeable and shall be considered a Force Majeure event to the extent that they prevent the performance of a Party's obligations under this Agreement.
