Sherman Oaks Street Fair is the largest single day event in the San Fernando Valley with 50-100,000 annual attendees. Attractions include two live stages, cocktail lounge, carnival, food trucks, artists & local businesses, pet zone, and MORE! Check back often to see what has been added.

Once you choose a Blvd. Cruiser or Grand Central Booth, you will be given the promo code during the registration process. It is your responsibility to enter this code at checkout to receive your discount. Only Artisans and Food Trucks have their own categories. You may need to expand the list of event spaces to find your type of booth space.
Food Trucks and Food Booth Vendors: please email hello@shermanoakschamber.org to let us know of your interest in participating. Please include photos of your set up and what kind of space you prefer. We will let you know if we can accommodate your request.
Discounts are available for Chamber Members in good standing as well as Non-profits. Chamber Membership must remain current through the street fair or discount will be revoked and full payment due. Please visit ShermanOaksStreetFair.org/vendors for more information. Promo code will be provided during the checkout process. You are responsible for applying the promo code at checkout. Failure to apply the correct promo code will result in forfeiture of discount. All promo codes will be confirmed before Vendor acceptance. Note: Member discount not valid on Sponsorships and can only be used on one booth per member. Artisans must be true hand crafted originals. Artisan discounted rate is not valid on corner booth upgrades. Food booth vendors must choose a Blvd. Cruiser or Grand Central location. Only Artisans and Food Trucks have their own categories.
Vendors are encouraged to publicize Sherman Oaks Street Fair on their social media platforms from the time of registration acceptance until the day of the event. Please tag @ShermanOaksEncinoChamber and use #shermanoaksstreetfair in your marketing for us to share and/or collaborate.
The Sherman Oaks Chamber of Commerce (SOCC) and event management reserves the right to jury any item based on quality, uniqueness and product mix. Acceptance into the event does not constitute exclusivity.
Vendor fees can be paid by Credit Card, Cashier’s check, Money Order, or Company Check payable to Sherman Oaks Chamber of Commerce. Only credit card payment will be accepted 45 days or less before the event.
Event hours are from 10am to 6pm. Setup begins at 6am. Vehicle must be off property by 9:15 am. No Exceptions. Your space will be forfeited if you are not set up by 9:30am. Vendors must keep their space open for the duration of the event from 10am-6pm. Vendors who leave or close their space early may be prohibited from participation in future events.
Vendors must exhibit/sell from within their designated space; no roving or moving to another location without permission from SOCC or event staff. Vendors who violate this may be prohibited from participating in future events.
Vendors are responsible for set up and tear down of their own displays. All Vendors must clean area before leaving at the end of the day. Dumpsters are available and can be found by asking event staff. Vendors that do not clean their area will be charged a $500 cleanup fee.
Vendors must comply with fire codes. Vendors must also abide by current city and county health codes related to COVID19.
Booths must conform to size restrictions on all sides and not infringe on walkways or neighboring booth spaces.
Any company providing a medical service, whether for payment or no cost, must provide a detailed list and description of such services and obtain prior approval of the SOCC.
No dogs or pets of any kind are allowed in food preparation areas (except service animals).
Alcoholic beverages are prohibited on event grounds.
Vendors will cooperate in any way necessary to provide a safe and enjoyable event for festival goers as well as fellow Vendors.
Refunds will be made only if a written request is received by September 20, 2024. A $150 cancelation fee will be deducted from all refunds. No refunds for cancelations made after September 20, 2024. No refunds due to bad weather, act of terrorism, force majeure or acts of God.
Commercially manufactured wares or exhibits will be allowed in the festival. These items will be set up in locations determined by SOCC and Event Management.
No generators are allowed.
Weapons of any type (realistic looking or not) are prohibited on event grounds.
All Vendors must have their own liability insurance and name the Chamber as additional insured as specified. Failure to comply will result in forfeiture of participation without a refund.
All vendors are required to have a canopy for safety reasons.
Vendor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless and defend SOCC, the City of Los Angeles and their affiliates and related companies and their officers, employees, affiliates, agents, legal representatives from and against all claims and suits by third parties for damages, injuries to persons (including death), property damages, losses, and expenses including court costs and reasonable attorney’s fees, arising out of, or resulting from, Vendor’s participation or performance under this Agreement, including all such causes of action based upon common, constitutional, or statutory law, or based in whole or in part, upon allegations of negligent or intentional acts on the part of the Vendor, its officers, employees, agents, subcontractors, licensees, or invitees.
The undersigned Vendor, on behalf of itself and their affiliates and related companies and their officers, employees, affiliates, agents, legal representatives, fully and forever release SOCC, the City of Los Angeles and their affiliates and related companies and their officers, employees, affiliates, agents, legal representatives from claims related to the Vendor’s participation in the 2024 Sherman Oaks Street Fair except for claims of willful misconduct.
