About This Event

Our unique Super Holiday Marketplace is an indoor holiday shopping experience taking into effect 2020 health and safety protocols at Pleasant Hill Community Center (Saturday, Dec. 5) and a new location of Clayton Valley Charter High School in Concord (Sunday, Dec. 6).
Our Super Holiday Boutiques in Pleasant Hill and Concord have sold out for the last six years and this year's Marketplaces will have 50% of the available booths due to social distancing for our exhibitors and attendees. We moved our Concord location a few blocks from Centre Concord to a much more spacious venue at Clayton Valley Charter High to allow for spacing of booths.
The Marketplaces are a great opportunity for crafters, commercial businesses, direct sales consultants and service professionals to sell your goods and services in a warm indoor holiday atmosphere during this challenging time for all our businesses. Admission and parking are free to the general public.
Everyone participating in or attending the Super Holiday Marketplace will have their temperature taken upon arrival. Face coverings or masks are required of everyone (regardless of age) in the building each day. Due to social distancing and other health requirements, there will not be our usual appearances by Santa Claus and Olaf, craft activities or music at the Marketplaces this year.

Booth assignments are given to exhibitors at check-in. Returning exhibitors can request same booth location.
Exhibitors wishing a wall space must apply as a Crimson or Gold Vendor.
Electrical service is only available for vendors with wall space.

Event Terms and Cancellation Policy

There are no refunds after Nov. 5, 2020. If the Marketplace is canceled for any reason, vendors will receive a full refund minus any credit card fees, which are non-refundable by the processing company. In the event of a cancelation, vendors who paid by check will be refunded full amount.
Vendors canceling after Nov. 5 will not receive a refund.
Exhibitors pay a flat fee for each vendor space. No commission is collected on sales.
Acceptance of vendors is subject to review by Super Holiday Marketplace producer after submission of application and payment. Producer reserves the right to reject any application without prejudice.
We limit the number of exhibitors in any single category, which this year will all be reduced due to the limited exhibitor booth spaces. Priority of acceptance will be based on receipt of your application and payment.
Boutiques are INDOORS and are held rain or shine.
Exhibitors must stay within your rented space. There will be a 6-foot space between each booth. You may only exhibit or sell items listed on your application. Walkabout solicitation or “barking” is not permitted.
Vendors will only be allowed a MAXIMUM of 2 PEOPLE for a SINGLE BOOTH and 3 PEOPLE for a GOLD BOOTH. Every person at a booth reduces the capacity for the day in this social distancing environment, so we must enforce very strict adherence to these limits. Also, every vendor will have their temperature taken upon arrival and MUST WEAR a face covering or mask AT ALL TIMES. Any deviation from these rules will mean immediate removal from the Marketplace and no refund will be made in those circumstances.
No food or drinks may be sampled at your booth. No food or beverage products can be sold for consumption on site.
Electricity is limited. If you want electrical service you must order on your application and provide a 25’ electrical cord.
Table(s) and chairs are included for all vendors. 6-foot rectangular table and 2 chairs will be setup at each space when you arrive. No equipment will be available to rent at the event.
The contact name and mobile phone number of EVERY ONSITE REPRESENTATIVE must be provided to Super Holiday Marketplace in advance of or at check-in. This is a health department requirement in the event of any post-event contact tracing is required.
