Texas Veggie Fair is an annual festival in Dallas, established in 2010. We are the only all-vegan festival in Dallas, and the largest in Texas. Tens of thousands of attendees over the years have enjoyed local food vendors, free food samples, music, arts and other family-friendly entertainment, while learning about the benefits of a plant-based diet from notable speakers and chefs.

-Your purchase includes a 10x10 space on the festival grounds. -Sponsors receive first choice of booth location, as well as other valuable perks. -Some spaces are available under a covered location, while other spaces are uncovered on either pavement or grass. -Food vendors will automatically receive a space in a covered location. You may bring your own canopy to assist with hanging banners/signage, but it is not required. You may rent a canopy add-on for an additional charge. -Canopies are strongly encouraged if your booth space is not in a covered area. -If you bring your own canopy tent, you are required to bring weights of at least 25 pounds for each leg of the canopy. -Add-ons available include: Electricity, Canopies, Tables, Chairs, and Brochure Ads.
-TVF occurs rain or shine. Should any contingency interrupt or prevent the holding of TVF, including but not limited to severe inclement weather, war, terrorism, or lockouts – event coordinators and Dallas Vegan shall in no way be liable to Vendors and no refunds will be issued. In the unlikely event that TVF must be canceled before October 1, 2019, all Vendor payments will be refunded.
In this agreement, "Vendor" refers to any Sponsor, Vendor or Organization selling or giving away food or products or presenting information at Texas Veggie Fair. "TVF" refers to the organizers of event as well as parent organization, Dallas Vegan.
1. Vendors are responsible for their setup & tear down. Garbage must be placed in appropriate containers, cardboard must be broken down for recycling. $50 cleaning fee may be assessed, as determined by TVF, and may result in denial of Vendor's future participation. 2. Out-of-Town food vendors (restaurants or food providers without manufacturing food license) selling or giving away food products must submit copy of current local health permit and copy of last health inspection conducted by local health department. 3. Food Manufacturers must provide copy of state manufacturer's license, as well as copy of current local health permit and copy of last health inspection conducted by local health department. 4. Vendor's property shall be displayed & exhibited at Vendor's own risk. TVF/Dallas Vegan shall not be responsible for death or injury to any person or for damage, including consequential damages, or loss of property of the Vendor, its officers, agents, employees, or invitees resulting from any cause whatsoever and the Vendor hereby indemnifies and holds TVF/Dallas Vegan harmless for any suit, action or claim arising out of any action or failure to act by the Vendor. 6. Vendor failure to comply with the terms, conditions, rules or regulations of this contract, all rights of Vendor shall cease and terminate. 7. Vendor will confine activities to assigned exhibit space and not solicit beyond those boundaries. 8. TVF/Dallas Vegan reserves right to decline applications at its discretion. 9. Setup will be available on Friday, November 1, 2019 (times announced at later date) and will continue Saturday, November 2, 2019 at 8:00am. Vendors must be open to the public at 11:00 AM. 10. ITEMS DISPLAYED, SOLD, DISCUSSED OR ADVERTISED MUST BE VEGAN (i.e., not contain animal products – including but not limited to: milk, eggs, honey, meat, fish, poultry, gelatin, as well as items made with leather, feathers, wool, silk, etc). 11. Vendors agree to make no claim for any reason against event coordinators, Dallas Farmers Market, Dallas Vegan, or Texas Veggie Fair for loss, theft, damage, or destruction of goods, nor for injury to themselves, employees, volunteers, or visitors incurred at the event. 12. Vendors agree to allow photo & video of their exhibits and volunteers for use in future promotion. These photos & videos are property of TVF. 13. TVF occurs "rain or shine." Should any contingency interrupt or prevent the holding of TVF, including but not limited to severe inclement weather, war, terrorism, or lockouts – event coordinators and Dallas Vegan shall in no way be liable to Vendors. In the unlikely event that TVF must be canceled before October 1, 2016, all Vendor payments will be refunded. 14. This agreement states the entire contract between, TVF and the Vendor. No changes will be valid unless agreed to by both parties in writing. 15. Alcohol may only be provided by approved vendors.
