About This Event
Established in 1950, Valley Center Western Days is the historic and premiere annual event celebrating Valley Center’s western heritage. This community-wide celebration includes the annual parade, chili cook-off, car show and festival.

This entry is for Friday/Saturday only. A separate application is required for Sunday participation.
FESTIVAL:
** Standard exhibitor booth space is 12' by 12'. Exhibitor provides all display items (canopy, table, chairs, shelving, etc.)
** Food booth spaces are either 15' X 15' or food truck accommodation.
Booth confirmations with load-in instructions emailed out through Eventhub approx. 2 weeks prior to festival.
• All business or other activity for which you have rented a space must be conducted within your designated booth area only. None of the vendors/exhibitors displays may excessively extend beyond table or tent boundaries. Valley Center Western Days, Inc. reserves the right to restrict displays or merchandise for blocking fire lanes or sidewalks.
• Due to insurance restrictions we cannot allow the sales of any toy guns, knives, swords or any weapons that appear real (including poppers, string aerosol, PVC marshmallow guns, potato guns and bow and arrows).
• All vendors/exhibitors must keep their booth(s) setup and manned until after Valley Center Western Days Festival has ended. For safety reasons, no vendor vehicles will be allowed in or out of the fairgrounds until approved by the Security Coordinator, Festival or Vendor Chairman.
• The festival will have a banker/cashier on-site for change needs.
• Vendors who request electricity: No overnight electricity. Power will be available from 30-45 minutes before gates open and to 30-45 minutes after event ends. Exemptions may apply. No more than 10 amps 1200 watts. For lighting and low power use only. Otherwise you must provide own power.
• Flags or banners may not be put up in a manner that obstructs the view of other booths.
• Please keep your area clean of all trash and debris. Vendors will be responsible to dump their own trash (dumpsters will be provided).
• Vendors/exhibitors will be assigned a 12 ft. x 12 ft. uncovered space. Food vendors will receive a booth space of 15 ft. x 15 ft. and must supply a “floor” to cover the entire space (a 15 ft x 15 ft blue tarp or plywood is acceptable). Food trucks will be staged at a designated area.
ANY CHANGES OR ADDITIONAL DETAILS WILL BE PROVIDED WITH THE CONFIRMATION PACKET.
Event Terms and Cancellation Policy
ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS within 30 days of the event. No refunds will be given in case of incident weather, acts of nature, or restrictions by government agencies, over which Valley Center Western Days have no control.
By submitting this form, I hereby declare that I am 18 years of age or older, am an authorized representative for the applicant, hereby expressly release Valley Center Western Days, Inc., The County of San Diego, County of San Diego Parks & Recreation and the Valley Center Municipal Water District, or its directors, officers, employees, or authorized volunteers, as an entity and/or as individuals, and anyone involved in the sponsorship and/or production of this parade, from any and all claims and from any responsibility for any loss, damage, or injury to any property or person prior to, during or after the Western Days 2025 Festival.
