EventHub is an all-in-one event management and ticketing platform built for organizers of festivals, fairs, community and municipal events, endurance events, parades, and venues. It combines ticketing, vendor and sponsor management, interactive event maps, and a sponsorship marketplace of 130,000+ registered buyers in a single-source solution, so organizers can run their entire event — from the first vendor registration to the last ticket scan — without stitching together separate services
EventHub does both. The ticketing platform includes mobile-first landing pages, single-page checkout, reserved seating and timed entry, referral tracking links, abandoned cart emails, and real-time marketing insights. It’s backed by iOS and Android apps for scan check-in, on-site box office sales, live sales stats, and offline functionality. Organizers who need ticketing alone can use it that way; organizers who need vendor management, maps, and sponsorships can bundle these together with ticketing to maximize impact.
EventHub is built for complex live events with more moving parts than admission sales — county and state fairs, street fairs and community festivals, municipal events, parades, endurance events, airshows, food and wine festivals, music festivals, holiday events like light shows and haunts, and venues such as arenas and amphitheaters. It’s used by events ranging from 500 attendees to 500,000, and handles vendor counts from a few dozen to 1,400+ booths.
Eventbrite sells tickets. EventHub sells tickets at a significantly cheaper service fee despite providing personalized account management and support, and runs the event: vendor and exhibitor applications, paperwork and insurance-document collection, eSign agreements, booth assignments on to-scale interactive maps, and a sponsorship marketplace that brings sponsors to you. For an organizer who is trying to manage 100+ vendors while also selling tickets or promoting a free event, that difference is the entire decision.
EventHub’s Sponsorship Marketplace is a marketplace of 130,000+ registered sponsorship buyers — national brands, regional organizations, agencies, and local businesses — who browse event listings looking for places to market. Organizers list their sponsorship and booth packages, and buyers discover them by searching keywords, browsing by region, attendance, and other demographic criteria. The marketplace generates roughly 1.5 million monthly Google Search impressions, which means listings get discovered by sponsors and vendors who were never on the organizer’s outreach list. Many orgs find dozens of new sponsors and vendors, surging partnership revenues by 30%+ in their first year on the platform.
You can start with the piece your event needs most and add others later. Some organizers come for ticketing, some for vendor management, and some for the sponsorship marketplace. The tools work on their own — and they work better together, since a vendor approved in the application flow lands on the map, and sponsor ticket allotments run through the same ticketing system.
EventHub’s ticketing fees generally start 30% lower than Eventbrite and similar competitors, with a published rate of $0.99 + 3% for online ticket service fees and $0.99 flat per onsite ticket, and can be reduced further based on annual ticket volume and contract length. Licensing starts at $997 all-in (no additional fees) per event and varies based on non-profit discounts, volume, and interactive mapping needs. Unlimited licenses for year-round event management and mapping needs are available at various tiers for smaller non-profits, such as main streets, to larger enterprise organizations we work with, such as USA Today Network Ventures, RunDisney, and more.
Organizers consistently report cutting management time by 80% or more. The Red River Valley Fair Association estimates it saves upwards of 160 hours a year managing 900+ booths across two events. The Louisville Sports Commission cut roughly 80% of its team-management time at the USA Cycling Cyclocross National Championships. The 500 Festival cut partner management time in half while operating with a reduced staff. The savings come from replacing spreadsheets, paper binders, and one-by-one emails with online applications, a consolidated document review queue, and group messaging.
Yes. EventHub’s team builds a to-scale, interactive map of your venue from your existing layout — you don’t build it yourself. From there, you click and drag to edit the layout and assign spaces, add, delete, and resize booths, vendors submit booth preferences during their application, and attendees get a mobile-friendly public map they can pinch and zoom to find vendors, schedules, and sponsors. Layout changes and large numbers of space assignments can be achieved in minutes with a few clicks.
Yes. EventHub’s Ticketing dashboard shows live cart and visitor counts, heatmap of purchase origin, plus revenue by payment method and ticket type.
Yes. Vendors submit applications online and upload required documents — certificates of insurance, health permits, licenses — into a single review queue where organizers can approve, reject, or request corrections, and vendors can ask questions on the document itself. Terms and conditions can be accepted inside the application, and separate contracts can be signed with built-in ESIGN-compliant eSignature. Payments, including add-ons like electricity or equipment rental, are collected in the same flow.
Events on EventHub are managed directly by their Organizers. For booth or partnership related questions, you must message the event through their marketplace page or from your order summary. SEE HOW IN OUR HELP CENTER
