Our 136th Gold Country Fair is Thursday, September 4th - Sunday, September 7th at our fairgrounds in the beautiful foothills of Auburn, California.
We encourage new and returning vendors and guests to be apart of this annual experience. Being a vendor at the fair provides you with a unique opportunity to showcase your offerings to the community and families of local and surrounding areas.
We are looking forward to seeing you and your organization at the 2025 Gold Country Fair!
All payments must be made online. No cash payments will be accepted.
Standard booth types are 10 x 10. For a larger area, add multiple to your cart. For example, add three for a 10 x 30. Indoor booths (Placer Building) include pipe and drape (8' high rear and 4' high sides).
Tables and chairs are not provided.
All vendor fees are due in full upon application approval. If vendor has an outstanding balance, set-up will not be permitted until paid in full. All payments must be made online. No cash payments will be accepted.
The agreement must be canceled prior to July 1, 2025, to receive a full refund.
If the event is canceled by Gold Country Fairgrounds & Event Center, a refund will be given to the vendor.
If the vendor chooses not to attend, no refund will be given.
**Promise of last years vendor locations will not be honored this year. Vendor locations subject to change by fair management until finalized map and instructions are released.
