Our 4th annual Bay Area SpringFest celebrates spring with arts & crafts, plants, live music, beer & wine garden and food in Downtown Concord at tree-lined Todos Santos Plaza in the largest city of upscale Contra Costa County. There will be no-stop music on the Todos Santos stage, a variety of food vendors, free activities for kids and myriad shopping opportunities. Admission and nearby parking are free.

Jewelry vendor spaces sell out well in advance of SpringFest, as do other categories, so don't wait to submit your application.
If you can’t make it to SpringFest, you can still participate through our SpringFest Goody Bag program (see Sponsorship Information). Your Goody Bag insert can be a product sample, brochure, flier, coupon, postcard or SWAG. Maximum finished size is 8.5x11.

Booth assignments are issued to exhibitors at SpringFest check-in on Saturday morning, May 3. Exhibitors can indicate their booth location preference on the application. Returning exhibitors can request their same location.
This application is NOT FOR FOOD VENDORS who are cooking or preparing food at SpringFest. Companies wanting a booth in the SpringFest Food Court must contact producer Jay Bedecarre at jay@bayareafamilyfest.com for a Food Vendor application.
No refunds after April 3, 2025. If the vendor cancels before April 3, $50 of fee and any credit card fees are non-refundable.
Exhibitors pay a flat fee for each 10’x10’ space. NO percentage or commission is collected on sales.
Exhibitors can reserve multiple spaces either together or in separate areas of SpringFest.
Acceptance of vendors is subject to review by Bay Area SpringFest producer after submission of application and payment. Producer reserves the right to reject any application without prejudice.
We limit the number of exhibitors in any single category.
Priority of acceptance will be based on receipt of application and payment.
SpringFest is OUTDOORS and is held RAIN or SHINE.
Exhibitors must stay within your rented space. Walkabout solicitation or “barking” is not permitted.
You may only exhibit or sell items listed on your application.
No food or drinks may be sold or sampled in your booth without written permission of Bay Area Festivals and securing any necessary permits.
Electricity is limited. If you want electrical service you must order on this application and provide a 100’ electrical cord. Absolutely no noisy, loud generators allowed!
Canopy tents (10'x10'), 6-foot rectangular tables and chairs may be rented for your space. Only advance pre-paid rental orders are accepted. No equipment will be available to rent at SpringFest.
The contact name and mobile phone number of the onsite representative must be provided to SpringFest in advance of check-in.
