NO REFUNDS SHALL BE ISSUED under any circumstances including but not limited to: seasons delayed; schedules revised; games played on same day, different day, different time, and/or at different venues; and, games not played as the result of continuous extreme weather including rain, natural disaster, pandemic, terrorism, or other unforeseen circumstance; and individual or group's decision not to participate.
