Join us for Rhode Island PrideFest, a vibrant celebration of love, equality, and community! Taking place on Saturday, June 21, 2025 in Downtown Providence at Innovation District Park, PrideFest brings together thousands of people for a day filled with fun, entertainment, and advocacy.

Special Notes
As a standard requirement of all of our festival Exhibitors/Vendors, it is necessary for you to provide proof of general liability coverage from an insurance company in good standing with minimum policy limits of $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate. If you do not have this coverage in place, we have made arrangements for all of our Exhibitors to acquire this coverage at significant savings by purchasing as part of a group. Please click the link below, complete a short questionnaire, process your payment online, print your Confirmation of Coverage page, and you will obtain this coverage for $65 plus any applicable state tax.

Proof of alternative coverage, satisfying these minimums, or secured coverage through the link provided above must be in place prior to your scheduled move-in date and/or our event registration deadline. You will not be allowed to move-in/exhibit without proper insurance coverage in place, naming The Rhode Island Lesbian And Gay Pride Committee as an Additional Insured.
Event Terms and Cancellation Policy
Rhode Island Pride is a rain-or-shine event, and all fees and payments are nonrefundable. By completing the registration form, applicants acknowledge and agree to all terms and conditions outlined in the link below.
