About This Event

Our 15th annual Super Holiday Boutique is an indoor holiday shopping experience in Pleasant Hill (Pleasant Hill Community Center) on Saturday, Dec. 7, and Concord (Hilton Concord Hotel) on Sunday, Dec. 8.
We are SOLD OUT of JEWLERY vendors for 2024.
Our Super Holiday Boutique booth spaces have sold out for the last 10 years.
JEWELRY, Candle and Skincare vendor booths SOLD OUT in 2023 so apply today to participate!
The Boutiques are a great opportunity for crafters, commercial businesses, direct sales consultants and service professionals to sell your goods and services in a warm indoor holiday atmosphere.
Admission and parking are free to the general public.
Gold vendor fees include 2 tables, chairs, Gift Bag insert and electrical.
Event and Crimson booth space fees DO NOT include tables or chairs.
Crimson booths are WALL spaces.
ONLY Gold or Crimson booth spaces can have ELECTRICAL service.

JEWELRY, CANDLE and SKINCARE product vendor spaces always sell out in advance and spaces are filled first come, first served for paid exhibitors.
If you can’t make it to the Super Holiday Boutique, you can still reach our audience through our GIFT BAG program (see Sponsorship Information).
Sponsorships can be tailored to your budget and objectives. There are also multi-year sponsorship discounts available. Contact producer Jay Bedecarre at jay@bayareafamilyfest.com for more details.
Booth assignments are given to exhibitors AT CHECK-IN. Returning exhibitors can request same booth location.
Exhibitors wishing a WALL SPACE must apply as a Crimson or Gold Vendor.
Electrical service is ONLY AVAILABLE for Crimson and Gold vendors with wall space.

Event Terms and Cancellation Policy

There are no refunds after Nov. 7, 2024.
Once a vendor has been accepted, any cancelation before Nov. 7, $100 of fee and any credit card fees are non-refundable.
Exhibitors pay a flat fee for each vendor space. No commission is collected on sales. Vendors are responsible for collecting and paying sales tax.
Gold Vendor fee INCLUDES 2 tables, chairs, Gift Bag insert and electrical.
Event and Crimson booth space fee DOES NOT include tables or chairs.
Crimson booths are WALL spaces.
ONLY Gold or Crimson booth spaces can have ELECTRICAL service. If you want electrical service, you must order on your application and provide a 25’ electrical cord.
Acceptance of vendors is subject to review by the Super Holiday Boutique producer after submission of application and payment. Producer reserves the right to reject any application without prejudice.
We limit the number of exhibitors in any single category.
ANYONE selling JEWELRY, CANDLES or SKINCARE products MUST LIST THEM FIRST on their application. If this is not done, the application's acceptance may be withdrawn at any time!
Priority of acceptance is based on receipt of your application and payment.
Exhibitors must stay within your rented space. Walkabout solicitation or “barking” is not permitted.
You may only exhibit or sell items listed on your application.
No food or beverage products can be sold for consumption on site.
6-foot tables and chairs are available to rent in advance. No equipment will be available to rent at the event.
The contact name and mobile phone number of ONSITE REPRESENTATIVE must be provided to Super Holiday Boutique in advance.
Boutiques are INDOORS and are held rain or shine.
All health and safety protocols are SUBJECT TO CHANGE at any time.
