Belinda Royal, the fair manager, faced significant stress managing vendors and sponsors using traditional methods. “It was really nice being able to sit at home on my laptop and log in and do some of it from there, instead of having it in a binder in the office and not knowing if I could place different vendors or whether or not I could accept them through email or whatnot,” Belinda Royal shared.

Since you had so much competition for your commercial space?” While the fair decided not to raise prices for 2024, they acknowledged the possibility of offering premium vendor spots at higher prices to generate additional revenue.
