Our Contra Costa Con Star Wars Celebration SOLD OUT 2 years in a row and we expect the same in 2025. This show celebrates all things STAR WARS with figures from the Star Wars family on hand to greet their fans on the 10th Anniversary of Star Wars The Force Awakens Episode VII and 20th Anniversary of Star Wars Revenge of the Sith Episode III.
Contra Costa Con is all about Pop Culture with toys, artists and illustrators, LEGO, comics, anime, jewelry, art, books and apparel plus new and vintage collectibles. Contra Costa Con features free all-ages Star Wars cosplay costume contests with cash prizes, special guest stars from the Star Wars movie galaxy plus interactive activities for attendees.
Bay Area Festivals and Mike Mundy of American Brick Builders bring their experience and expertise as producers of Contra Costa Con and Halloween Con.
Contra Costa Con and Halloween Con are THE SHOWS for the entire family in the San Francisco Bay Area for pop culture, toys, art, illustrators, dolls, LEGO, comics, anime, jewelry, apparel plus new and vintage collectibles.

Booth assignments are given to exhibitors at check-in.
No refunds after Feb. 28, 2025. If vendor cancels before Feb. 28, $50 of fee and any credit card fees are non-refundable.
Exhibitors pay a flat fee for each vendor space. No commission is collected on sales. Exhibitors can reserve multiple spaces.
Returning exhibitors can request same booth location as previous show.
Acceptance of vendors is subject to review by Contra Costa Con producer after submission of application and payment. Producer reserves the right to reject any application without prejudice.
We may limit the number of exhibitors in any single category. Priority of acceptance will be based on receipt of your application and payment.
Event is INDOORS and is held rain or shine.
Exhibitors must stay within your rented space. You may only exhibit or sell items listed on your application. Walkabout solicitation or “barking” is not permitted.
No food or drinks may be sold or sampled in your booth without written permission of Bay Area Festivals and securing necessary permits.
Exhibitor space fee does NOT include table(s) or chair(s). Exhibitors can bring their own tables/chairs or rent 6-foot rectangular table(s) and chairs from the producer. Rentals must be ordered in advance. No equipment will be available to rent at the event.
Electricity is limited. If you want electrical service you must order on your application and provide a 25’ electrical cord. Electrical service is ONLY AVAILABLE for vendors in wall spaces.
The contact name and mobile phone number of the vendor's onsite representative must be provided to Contra Costa Con in advance of check-in.
